The Notifications section of the Patient Chart screen
The Notifications section of the Patient Chart screen shows updates about the patient that you received from the specialty or emergency practice.
This table gives the name of each column on the screen and the information that it shows.

| Date | The Date column shows the date the notification was sent. |
| Description | The Description column shows the type of the notification. This includes:

| Type | The Type column shows the delivery method of the notification (for example, email or fax). |
| Sent To | The Sent To column shows the email address or number to which the notification was sent. |
| Details | The Details column shows the View button. Select it to show the notifications and any attached records. |
| Action | The Action column shows the status of each notification and the options that you can select. This includes:
