Download a patient chart
The Patient Chart screen shows information about a patient and the related client. Use the Patient Chart button in the Client Information section to download the patient chart.
Note: The downloaded patient chart only shows short information about each medical notes. It does not show full medical notes. To open full medical notes, you must open each medical note from the Medical Notes section in the Patient Chart screen.
- Select Patient Chart.rVetLink shows the Patient Chart screen.
- In the Patient First Name box, enter the first name of the patient.
- In the Client Last Name box, enter the last name of the client.
- Use the Last Updated setting to select a date range when the patient information was last updated.Note: You can find patients with medical information that was updated today, yesterday, last week, or last month. Select All to find patients treated in the last six months.
- Select Search.
- In the Details column of the applicable patient, select Show.
- In the Client Information section, select Patient Chart.
