Send a notification again

Use the Resend button in the Notifications section to send the notification again to the same email address or fax number.

To send a notification again, do this procedure.
  1. Select Patient Chart.

    rVetLink shows the Patient Chart screen.
  2. In the Patient First Name box, enter the first name of the patient.

  3. In the Client Last Name box, enter the last name of the client.

  4. Use the Last Updated setting to select a date range when the patient information was last updated.

    Note: You can find patients with medical information that was updated today, yesterday, last week, or last month. Select All to find patients treated in the last six months.
  5. Select Search.

    If rVetLink finds a patient that matches the search criteria, it displays the patient information in the Patient Chart screen.
  6. In the Details column of the applicable patient, select Show.

  7. Find the Notifications section.
  8. In the Details column of the applicable notification, select Resend.
rVetLink sends the notification again to the same email address or fax number.
