Show methods to contact your practice after referring practice staff complete a referral

To help clients contact your practice, configure rVetLink to show the applicable information after staff of a referring practice complete a referral. Then, the staff can tell the clients how to contact you.

To show methods to contact your practice, do this procedure.
  1. Select Administration.
    The Administration tab
    rVetLink shows the rVetLink Administration screen in a new browser tab.
  2. Select Referral.
    The Referral tab
    rVetLink shows settings to configure how referring practices refer patients.
  3. In the Form Settings section, set Display Location Information on Confirmation to On.
