Configure email addresses for referrals to your practice

After you receive a referral, rVetLink sends emails with referral information to the configured email addresses. Use the emails as a secondary source of information to your PIMS.

To configure the email addresses, do this procedure.
Note: Each practice in your organization has a dedicated email address.
  1. Select Administration.

    rVetLink shows the rVetLink Administration screen in a new browser tab.
  2. Select Referral.
    The Referral tab
    rVetLink shows settings to configure how referring practices refer patients.
  3. In the Locations section, make necessary changes to email addresses in the Send To boxes.

    Note: You can enter more than one email address.
If rVetLink cannot send a referral to your PIMS, it sends the referral to the configured email address.
