About reports
Use reports to get access to many types of important information in a format that is easy to read.
To get access to reports, select the Reports tab.
This table gives information about each report:
| Report | Information that the report shows |
|---|---|
| Check In Notices Sent | Information that rVetLink sent to the referring practice after your practice admits the referred patient. |
| Check Out Notices Sent | Information that rVetLink sent to the referring practice after your practice discharges the referred patient. |
| Deceased Notices Sent | Information that rVetLink sent to the referring practice if the referred patient becomes deceased during your care. |
| Update Notices Sent | Information that rVetLink sent to the referring practice after giving care to the referred patient. Note: The Update Notices Sent report includes information about files attached to notifications. |
| Portal Usage | How frequently each of your referring practices signs in to rVetLink. |
| Referral Details | Information about each of your referrals. |
| Referrals Total | The number of referrals that each referring practice sent to your practice with the rVetLink portal. |
