The Options column of the eReferrals dashboard tab
The Options column of the eReferrals dashboard tab has buttons that your staff use to complete each referral.
This table gives each button in the Options column and its function:
| Button | Function |

| Pencil icon (over the Options column) | Opens the Table Column Visibility box. Select or clear the boxes to change which columns show in the eReferrals dashboard tab. |
| Pencil icon (with a check mark) | Changes the status of the referral to Pending, In Progress, or Complete. |
| Green check mark | Approves the referral. Then, your staff can schedule an appointment for the patient. |
| Red X | Deactivates the referral. Use this button if your practice cannot accept the referral. |
| Paperclip icon | Shows if the referring practice attached documents to the referral. Select the icon to open the attachments. |
Note: When you deactivate a referral, it becomes inactive. rVetLink does not send a notification to the referring practice about the change.
