The eReferrals dashboard tab in ezyVet shows the patient referrals that your practice receives through rVetLink. Your staff use this tab to complete each referral.

When a referring practice sends a referral with your rVetLink portal, rVetLink syncs the referral to ezyVet. The referral shows in the eReferrals dashboard tab.

rVetLink also sends the referral to your staff as an email. If there is a problem with the sync between rVetLink and ezyVet, your staff can use the email.

Open the eReferrals dashboard tab

The eReferrals dashboard tab is in the Dashboard primary tab of ezyVet. To open it, select the Dashboard primary tab, then select eReferrals.

When your practice has new referrals to complete, the eReferrals tab shows a pink color and a dot in the top-right corner.
