Columns in the eReferrals dashboard tab
The eReferrals dashboard tab has columns that sort the information from each referral form into categories.
This table gives each column and the information that it shows:
| Column | Description |

| Patients | The patient information from the Patient page of the referral form, for example name, sex, age, species, and color. |
| Owner | The client information from the Client page of the referral form, for example first name, last name, phone number, and address. |
| For | The location and the specialty that the patient was referred to. This information is from the Referral Details page of the referral form. |
| Referring Clinic | The referring practice information from the Referring Veterinarian page of the referral form, for example the referring veterinarian name, clinic name, and clinic phone number. |
| Reason | Why the referring practice referred the patient. This information is from the Referral Details page of the referral form. It can include the doctor for the referral, scheduling preferences, the patient's condition, and other comments. |
| Notes | The notes that your staff add to the referral. This information is not from the referral form. |
| Created Date | The date and time that ezyVet received the referral. To sort the referrals by date, select the arrow icon in the Created Date column. |
| Options | The buttons that your staff use to complete the referral. |
Note: The location in the For column changes only if more than one specialty or emergency hospital uses the same ezyVet database and rVetLink portal.
