Search options in the eReferrals dashboard tab
The eReferrals dashboard tab in ezyVet has search options that help you find a referral quickly.
The search options are at the top of the eReferrals dashboard tab. This table gives each search option and the information that it finds:
| Search option | Description |

| Case Owner | Finds referrals for the doctor that the referring practice entered in the Request Specific Doctor field of the referral form. |
| Division | Finds referrals for a division in your database. Use this option if more than one hospital uses the same ezyVet database. To search all divisions, select the top division. This division is the database level of ezyVet. |
| Resource | Finds referrals by the resources or persons that your staff added when they scheduled an appointment from the referral. This information is in the People/Resources Used field. |
| Search Referral | Finds referrals by any information from the referral form, for example a specialty name or a patient name. |
Note: The Division option shows only if more than one hospital uses the same ezyVet database and rVetLink portal. The division shows in the Referral Practice field of the referral form.
