Statuses of referrals in the eReferrals dashboard tab
Each referral in the ezyVet eReferrals dashboard tab has a status. The status shows how far your staff completed the referral.
Change the status of each referral as your staff complete it. To show only the referrals with a given status, select the applicable status option.
This table gives each status and the information that it identifies:
| Status | Information that it identifies |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your staff did not approve the referral. |
| In Progress | Your staff scheduled an appointment for the patient. |
| Complete | The patient had an appointment at your practice. |
Tip: To also show the referrals that your staff deactivated, select the Include Inactive box.
