Reset the rVetLink password for your practice

If you cannot remember your rVetLink password, you can reset it.

Make sure that you know the rVetLink username for your practice. If you do not know the username:

To reset the rVetLink password, do this procedure.

Go to your practice's rVetLink portal.
rVetLink shows a login screen.
On the sign-in screen, select Password Help?.
rVetLink shows the Password Help? screen.
In the User Name box, enter the username for your practice.
In the Requested By box, enter your name.
Select Submit.

rVetLink sends an email that includes a link to reset your password to the email address connected to your account.

Note: If you did not enter the correct username in step 3, rVetLink shows an error message.
