Get the rVetLink username for your practice

If you cannot remember your username, rVetLink can send you an email that includes your username.

Make sure that you have access to the email address that is connected to your practice's rVetLink account.

To get your rVetLink username, do this procedure.

Go to your practice's rVetLink portal.
rVetLink shows a login screen.
Select User Name Help?.
rVetLink shows the Forgot User Name? screen.
In the Clinic Email box, enter the email address connected to your practice.
Select Submit.

If you entered the correct email address, rVetLink sends your practice username to the specified email address.

Note: If you did not enter the correct email address, rVetLink shows an error message. Contact rVetLink customer support to get access to the username for your practice.
