Change the password for your practice

If necessary for security, you can change the practice password. For example, to prevent access that is not approved, change the password when a staff member permanently stops employment.

Make sure that you know the practice password. If you do not know it, contact rVetLink customer support to change the password for you.
To change the practice password, do this procedure.
Important: All staff of your practice use the same password.
  1. Select Password.

    rVetLink shows the Change Password screen.
  2. In the Current Password box, enter your current password.

  3. In the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes, enter your new password.
  4. Select Update.

rVetLink changes the practice password.
Tell your practice staff to use the new password to sign in to rVetLink.
