Sign in to rVetLink for the first time

Before you can use rVetLink, you must have access to the welcome letter from the specialty or emergency practice, sign in to rVetLink, and change the temporary password.

Make sure that you know the rVetLink username and temporary password for your practice. The username and temporary password are in the welcome letter that you received from the specialty or emergency practice. If you do not know the username or password, contact the specialty or emergency practice.

To sign in for the first time, do this procedure.

Go to the rVetLink portal of the applicable specialty or emergency practice.
rVetLink shows the Primary Referring Veterinarian Login screen.
In the User Name box, enter the username for your practice.
In the Password box, enter the temporary password for your practice.
Select Secure Login.
rVetLink shows the Change Password screen.
In the Current Password box, enter the temporary password.
In the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes, enter a new password.
Select Update.

rVetLink changes your practice password.

Make sure that your staff know the new password.
