Reset the rVetLink password for your practice

If you cannot remember your rVetLink password, select Password Help? on the sign-in screen to reset the password.

Make sure that you know the rVetLink username for your practice. If you do not know the username:
To reset the rVetLink password, do this procedure.
  1. Go to the rVetLink portal of the applicable specialty or emergency practice.
    rVetLink shows the Primary Referring Veterinarian Login screen.
  2. On the sign-in screen, select Password Help?.

  3. In the User Name box, enter the username for your practice.

  4. In the Requested By box, enter your name.
  5. Select Submit.

rVetLink sends a password reset request to an administrator. The administrator resets your password and sends your practice a temporary password.
