Use the Patient Files section to upload files to a referral. You can upload medical records, lab results, and diagnostic images.

1. Select Refer Patient.
   
   rVetLink shows a Refer Patient screen.
2. Enter referral information as necessary.
3. In the Patient Files section, select Add File.
   
4. Select Select Files (400MB max).
5. Find and select the necessary patient file.
6. If necessary, add a description for the file.
   Note: If you do not enter a description for a file, rVetLink uses the file name as the description.
7. Select Upload.
