Add a template logo image

Add an image that shows at the top of your communications to referring practices.

To add a logo image, do this procedure.

Note: You can add different images for different types of patient notifications. You can only use one image for welcome letters.

Select Administration.
rVetLink shows the rVetLink Administration screen in a new browser tab.
Select Templates.
In the Template Logos section, select the type of communication that you want to add a logo image to.
rVetLink shows settings to configure logo images.
If your organization has more than one practice, use the setting in the Notification Header Management section to select the applicable practice.
In the Upload New Header section, select Choose File.
Your web browser shows a window that you can use to select a file.
Select the image file that you want to use as a logo image.
In the Current Header Images section, rVetLink shows a preview of the image for fax and email communications.

rVetLink has the image. Communications that rVetLink sends to referring practices show the image at the top.
