Configure the rVetLink portal on your website

It is important to configure the rVetLink portal correctly. If you do not configure it correctly, some web browsers will not show the portal.

To configure the portal, do this procedure.
  1. If your website uses an iframe element to embed the rVetLink portal, remove the iframe element.
  2. Make a button on your website that referring vets will select to get access to the rVetLink portal.
  3. Make sure that when a referring vet selects the button, the web browser goes to https://callistovets.rvetlink.com/hub.
    Important: Replace callistovets with your organization's rVetLink username.
  4. Contact rVetLink customer support to make sure that the portal operates correctly.
