Configure an estimate for a procedure

After you configure an estimate, referring practices can know the approximate cost of the applicable procedure. As a result, the practice can use the information to recommend treatment for clients.

A practice manager must configure the available specialties in the Specialties section of rVetLink's referral configuration settings.

To configure an estimate, do this procedure.

Select Administration.
rVetLink shows the rVetLink Administration screen in a new browser tab.
Select General.
In the Service Estimator section, select Procedures.
rVetLink shows settings for estimates.
In the Specialties box, select the applicable specialty for the procedure.
Select + Add.
rVetLink shows the Add Procedure dialog box.
Enter the necessary information about the procedure.
Select ✓ Save.
