Changes that you can make to banner images
When you want referring practice staff to know about new information, you can make changes to banner images in the rVetLink portal and emails.
To make changes to a banner image:
- In rVetLink's marketing configuration settings, find the applicable banner image.
- In the right column, select Edit.
After you select Edit, rVetLink shows the Edit Banner dialog box. Use the settings in the dialog box to make changes to the banner image. After you make the necessary changes, select Save.
This table gives each setting in the Edit Banner dialog box and its function:

| Locations | The practices that the banner image shows in the rVetLink portal and emails for. Note: This setting is only applicable if your organization has more than one location. |
| Starts | The date and time that the rVetLink portal and emails start to show the banner image |
| Ends | The date and time that the rVetLink portal and emails do not show the banner image |
| Usage Settings | Controls where rVetLink shows the banner image |
Usage Settings toggles for banner images
Note: Fax notifications and deceased notifications do not have banner images.
This table gives each toggle in the Usage Settings section of the Edit Banner dialog box and its function when you set it to On:
