About the Dashboard tab
The Dashboard tab of the rVetLink Administration screen shows information about your referring practices, how they use rVetLink, and new features and changes to rVetLink.
Data about your referring practices
At the top of the Dashboard tab, rVetLink shows data about your referring practices. The data is from a specified date range. Select DATE RANGE SELECTION to change the date range.
This table gives each item of data at the top of the Dashboard tab and what it tells you:

| ACCESSED CLINICS | The number of referring practices with staff that signed in to rVetLink |
| NOTIFICATIONS | The number of notification messages that rVetLink sent to referring practices in the specified date range |
| LOGINS | The number of user accounts that signed in to rVetLink in the specified date range |
| REFERRALS | The number of referrals sent to your practice in the specified date range |
In the Top 10 Practices By Patient Count section, rVetLink shows the number of patients from the practices that referred the most patients in the specified date range.
Map
The Dashboard tab has a map that shows the locations of your referring practices. The map shows each referring practice as a colored pin and your practice as a black pin.
- The name of the applicable practice
- The number of referrals sent to your practice in the specified date range
This table gives the cause of each pin color in the map:
| Pin color | Cause |
|---|---|
| Green and gold | Ten practices that have sent the most referrals to you |
| Green | The top third of practices that have sent the most referrals to you |
| Orange | The middle third of practices that have sent the most referrals to you |
| Red | The bottom third of practices that have sent the most referrals to you |
The What's New section
The What's New section shows the new features and changes in your version and previous versions of rVetLink.
